Fox News is in the process of settling 18 racial and gender discrimination lawsuits for nearly $10 million, according to multiple reports.

Some of the conditions of the settlements are that the former employees that are currently suing Fox do not seek further employment by the company nor its parent company 21st Century Fox, according to The New York Times.

Among those who are settling include former anchor Kelly Wright.

Wright claimed that he “has been effectively sidelined and asked to perform the role of a ‘Jim Crow’ — the racist caricature of a Black entertainer.”

Wright plans to pursue new opportunities but no details have been announced on his next move.
