Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is currently flying back from North Korea with three Americans who have been imprisoned in the country as part of talks between the two nations, the president has confirmed.

“I am pleased to inform you that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is in the air and on his way back from North Korea with the 3 wonderful gentlemen that everyone is looking so forward to meeting. They seem to be in good health. Also, good meeting with Kim Jong Un. Date & Place set,” President Trump tweeted.

The three men released Wednesday are Korean-American missionary Kim Dong-chul. Kim Sang-duk, who was a teacher at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology (PUST) before he was arrested in 2017, and Kim Hak-song, who also taught at PUST.

Trump is scheduled to meet them as they come off the plane at around 2 a.m. E.T.
